Admission criteria for Ryan International

We have across an information that ryan international has its pre primary wing in preet vihar which is near to our residence but they are calculating distance for nursery admissions from their mayur vihar branch. Can anybody plz advise if this is right and legal thing on part of school.

This is right as the Preet Vihar branch is the feeder school of Mayur Vihar Branch. All rules will apply to Mayur Vihar branch

Thanks but technically toddler child will be attending two years of initial school in nearby area so rule must apply accordingly. My concern is can we question this criteria of school.
