How to Skip Step 2 (0-1 km) Without Selecting any School ?

For Your Kind Information,  i have already click many more time to this skip button

But After clicking this button this this given Message Reflect

Information successfully submitted.
If you want to edit the choice of schools then go back to step 2, otherwise go to Step 3.

But after move & click on Step 3 it Reflact  "FIRST YOU HAVE TO COMPLETE STEP 2"
