I think someone also suggested uploading pics in jpg format and all other documents (birth certificate, aadhar etc) in pdf

No, Earlier I was but as advised by school I uploaded phots as JPEG and rest as pdf with combined size less than 250KB, it worked and I was able to apply.

By "combined size less than 250kb" you mean that sum of the size of all the documents should not be more than 250kb?

Dr Namrata,

I just submitted their online form without any issues. Just take care of these things:

1) Size of each individual document should be less than 250kb

2) All the pics (applicant, mother, father) should be in jpg

3) Other documents (birth certificate, address proof) should be in pdf

Facing same problem as Dr. Namrata.

Tried several times with following:

1. Using Google Chrome on high speed internet.

2. Individual files less than 250KB

3. Photos in JPEG & Documents in PDF

4. Deleted all cookies

But still facing problem. Somebody please help.

me too facing same problem with DPS Rohini registration. I have tried to contact school people but they are not of any help. Please help and guide.

 yes ...all things are taken care of properly , reg JPG n  PDF. All attached docs r reduced to 200 kb. Still unable to submit .

   Whereas in other school s i ve applied without any hassle.

I dont think school management will help us by taking hard copies from us. surely there is some problem with their site. Can we try together?

  they wont accept hard copies . M waiting for their reply . Or else planning to meet them directly at school .
