In BVN I deposited 40k on 21 feb and withdrew application on 21 march. Now it is being said that ii is more than one month hence not all money will be refunded only 20k is refunded. Is it right. Is there any clarification

I read that madam, but just by one day, school is saying not more amount can be given. Though 40k included transport and i never availed that service and my child went not a single day to school
Is it not being ethics
