Nursery Admission OBC NON creamy layer

I am under OBC (non creamy layer) but my wife is working as a primary teacher in government school, so under which category we can apply for nursery admission.
My family income is around 4 lacks, i need income and obc certificate both or only obc non creamy layer certificate will be sufficient.

Please update about the required documents for OBC non creamy Layer.

A OBC non creamy layer will be sufficient and in your name. You can apply both under general and Disadvantage group. But for general no need of OBC non creamy certificate.

please clear me about Disadvantage group does it mean EWS or something else.

Did Disadvantage group get any tuition fee rebate.

RTE 25% quota consists of Economically Weaker Section and Disadvantaged Group as per the RTE ACT includes children from families with annual income of less than Rs. one lakh, children from Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, OBC’s (noncreamy layer), orphans. So selection will be made by draw of lots as per the distance slab 1km, 3km, 6km and above. No tuition fees both for EWS and DG group.
