Sakshi Mam & Lathaa Mam,

Have query as all schools asking for Birth certificate, but I changed my kid name with proper gazatee channel . Do I need to attach that as well for name change during form submission.

Please suggest on this ....

I assume the name in the BC and Gazette is different. Hereafter go by name changed in the gazette notification. Yes you have to attach a self attested copy of gazette while submission and attested copy after admission.

Hi,

I have a birth certificate for my child. However, I changed his name after getting the birth certificate. Please suggest, if schools will accept it or I have to get the name updated on the birth certificate. The problem is that birth certificate was issued from Patna as my child was born in Patna and its a time consuming task.

Please suggest!!.

Go by the name entered in the Birth Certificate and apply in all schools in the same name. Later on get a gazette notification for name change.

Registered Rent Deed made six months prior to the submission of Admission Forms shall be accepted in case of Rental Accommodation.

What if a person just came on transfer in November 2014 and stays in a rented accommodation with a ent agreement registered with Registrar will be accepted by the school authorities?

SCHOOL SPECIFIC- AS many have not clarified but GD Goenka sec 22 has mention within last one year.
