ONLINE FORM SUBMISSION GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO FILL THE ONLINE FORM:  Before filling the form, please refer to the general information carefully.  Fill the online registration form which is available through a link in website.  Kindly fill all the required information carefully and correctly, else form will be rejected.  It is mandatory to provide the mobile number of parents in the form to receive notification on admission (if any to be sent). PROCEDURE FOR FILING ONLINE FORM:  Read the General Information carefully and click < I Agree > at the bottom of page and proceed.  Fill in the details of the applicant completely and click and proceed to pay.  Payment gateway - The online payment of Rs. 25 and the convenience fee inclusive of statutory taxes towards 'on-line registration' form shall be done through Net Banking / Credit Card/Debit Card.  Once submitting the registration form successfully, you will receive an auto-generated Acknowledgement Receipt with a reference number for further correspondence. The Acknowledgement Receipt will also generate USER ID and a PASSWORD. Please make sure Pop-up blocker is Turn Off, to get the acknowledgement receipt.  Take two print outs of the filled online form.  You will be required to bring a print out of the filled form along with attested photocopies and the original documents on the day of the verification only. * Applicants are requested to check the school website regularly for all the information and notification related to admission

Please Note: 1. Applicant applying under parameter of TWIN CHILD, shall confirm the registration number of both children (Twins) through an e-mail at admission@stthomasdwarka.com with Subject Title as “Twin Child Registration Number”. 2. Applicant applying under parameter of Sibling (studying in STS, Dwarka), has to fill in the details of child already studying in school. In case of non submission of sibling details, applicant will lose the points allotted under sibling parameter for which school will not be responsible.

4. ADMISSION CRITERIA DESCRIPTION (FOR GENERAL CATEGORY ONLY) No. PARAMETERS POINTS DESCRIPTION SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REQUIRED 1. School Transport 40 Points will be given to the applicant who will be availing the school bus from designated bus stops. Identity card/Fee receipt of sibling studying in STS, Dwarka. 3. Gender (Girl Child) 15 Points will be given to the girl child to gain points in securing admission DOB Certificate to be produced at the time of verification 4. First Born 10 Points will be given to the first born to gain points in securing admission. Self-Declaration by parents 5. Proven Track Record of Parents 10 International/ National/ State Awardee/ Rural Development/ Promotion of traditional art & craft/ Sport Original Certificates of the same should be produced at the time of verification. In a case, where both the parents have Proven Track Record, points will be counted only once. 6. Twins 5 Points will be given to the twins to gain points in securing admission. Timeline for Admissions (General Category) 02nd January,2017 (Monday) Online registration opens (General Category only) 23rd January,2017 (Monday) Last date of acceptance of filled up online forms (General Category only) Timings: Till 24:00 hrs 31st January,2017 (Tuesday) Display of list of all applicants who applied under General Category 06th February,2017 (Monday)  Display of marks (as per point system) given to each of the children who applied for admission under open seats  List will be displayed on the school website and on school notice board by 03:00 p.m.  The short listed applicants will be called for the verification of documents and the date and time slot for verification of documents will be declared through a separate notification on the website. 15th February,2017 (Wednesday) (GENERAL CATEGORY ONLY) First List of provisionally selected applicants + First Waiting List will be displayed by 03:00 pm (Waiting list will be converted to second list, only in case of the availability of seats from the First List) 16th to 18th February,2017 (Thursday - Saturday) (09:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m.) Resolution of queries of parents, if any (by email only) regarding allotment of points to their ward in the first list 20th to 21st February,2017 (Monday & Tuesday) (09:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m.) Submission of fees of selected applicants (General Category)  The admission stands cancel if the applicant fails to secure a seat as per the given date and time. The non-available candidate’s seat will be offered to the next eligible applicant from the waiting list.  The school will not entertain any request on non-availability of the applicant at the time of submission of fees. 28th February,2017 (Tuesday) Display of Second List of provisionally selected applicants + Second Waiting List (If Any To Be Declared – General Category)  The First Waiting List applicants are converted to Second List of provisionally selected applicants. 1 st March to 2nd March,2017 (Wednesday & Thursday) (09:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m.) Submission of fees of Second list of provisionally selected applicants (General Category)  The admission stands cancel if the applicant fails to secure a seat as per the given date and time. The non-available candidate’s seat will be offered to the next eligible applicant from the waiting list.  The school will not entertain any request on non-availability of the applicant at the time of submission of fees. 31.03.2017 (Friday) Closure of admission process April, 2017 Term begins (Date will be conveyed through a notification or SMS)

6. LIST OF DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED ONLY AT THE TIME OF VERIFICATION:- Please attach the documents with copy of online registration form a) For proof of residence, any one of the following documents is required: Attested photocopy of - Ration card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father having name of child) - Domicile certificate of child or his/her parents. - Voter I-card (EPIC) of any of the parents. Electricity bill/ MTNL telephone bill / Water bill / Passport in the name of any of the parents of the child. (Please submit the latest copy of the bill) - Aadhaar card/UID card issued in the name of any of the parents. b) To verify date of birth of child : Attested photocopy of the birth certificate of the child issued by Municipal Corporation or equivalent authority. The name of the child and parents must be endorsed in the Birth Certificate duly countersigned by Registrar of Birth. c) In case of sibling : Please bring the Photo copy of latest Report card/ID card/latest Fee bill (any one). d) To verify First Born / Twin Child : For First Born – Self Declaration by parents duly attested by Gazetted Officer. For Twin Child - Self Declaration by parents along with the copy of birth certificate of twin child. e) Aadhar card of the child for verification if shared at the time of registration. f) Certificates to verify Proven Track Record of Parents Attested photocopy of the certificated issued by the govt. should be submitted at the time of reception. g) School Bus Requisition Parent will be required to fill the School Bus Requisition form at the time of document verification. PLEASE BRING THE ORIGINALS OF ALL THE DOCUMENTS YOU WOULD PRODUCE AT THE TIME OF VERIFICATION ONLY.  SHORTLISTING OF APLLICANT IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION OF THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS IN ORIGINAL. PHOTOCOPIES OF THE ORIGINALS TO BE SELF ATTESTED or by GAZETTED OFFICER ONLY.  IN CASE OF ANY APPLICANT IS FOUND TO HAVE FABRICATED/ FAULTY INFORMATION, REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AND IT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED FURTHER FOR ADMISSION.  NO UNDERTAKING REGARDING THE DOCUMENTS MENTIONED ABOVE WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE TIME OF VERIFICATION.

7. MODE OF PAYMENT OF FEES AT THE TIME OF FINAL ADMISSION (General Category) The mode of payment of fees at the time of securing final admission will be through DD only. 1. Fee is to be paid by DD ONLY. 2. DD shall be in favour of “ST THOMAS SCHOOL”, payable at New Delhi. 3. Please write the name of the child, fathers /mother’s name & mobile no. at the backside of the DD.  SELECTION CRITERIA  The selection of the applicant will be according to the points system as per the stated admission parameters mentioned in the pre-page.  For all the applicants, points will be calculated and the first list will be prepared for the first 120 applicants (General Category), followed by the waiting list of 120 applicants.  Waiting list will be converted into the second list – depending on the availability of seats.  In case of tie (in final scores) in lower eligible scoring, a limited draw of lots for those applicants would be opted. The draw of lot will be done only in case of availability for admission.  The final list will be displayed in descending order.  CRITERIA FOR TWINS: In case of selection by draw of lots of either of the child, the second/twin child will also be considered for the admission.  The admission of the applicant will be considered as final based on the verification of the original documents.  APPLICANTS KINDLY NOTE :-  All the latest information on admission/Declaration of list will be displayed on the SCHOOL WEBSITE ONLY.  School is not liable to intimate each applicant individually.  Applicants are requested to check the school website regularly for admission notifications

Why they are fixing points for transport. As per them parents are bound to take their bus service to get admission.DOE asked for neighborhood not for transport services....

STEPS TO FILL THE FORM ON LINE :

STEP 1: Read the instructions carefully and click on I AGREE button; then click on PROCEED.

Step 2: Fill in the form carefully and then click on SUBMIT; an acknowledgement slip will be generated for your record, with your USER ID & PASSWORD. Please ensure you allow the pop up blocker and also note that form once filled cannot be edited.

STEP 3: You will also receive the USER ID & PASSWORD through an SMS on your registered mobile no.

STEP 4: Log in using this USER ID & PASSWORD and take a print of the form.

STEP 5: The printed form is then to be deposited at the School along with the required documents on    20th, 21st, 23rd Jan. 2017 between 8.30 a.m. and 11.00 a.m.

Please guide me admission process for springdales school , kirti nagar branch? Howz kirti nagar branch infrastructure as compare to their senior branches?

Do we have to fill up one form for all springdales branches?

Kirti nagar branch is feeder brach till 2nd or 3rd class  to pusa road .

It was online form last year wait for guidelines

First of all a big thanks for helping us.

Don Bosco Alaknanda have mentioned on their website admission for pre primary kg. Is it equivalent to nursery only. My sons dob is 31.05.2013. Can i apply?? And is it only boys school.
