c. Proof of residence: A photocopy of Elector's ID card I Ration card I
Passporl/ Electricity Bill / Telephone bill - MTNL landline / Domicile
certificate of the child or parents I Aadhaar CardiUID Card issued in the
name of the parent.
d. For sibling - copy of the School Diary page no.7.
e. For alumni - the copy of the passing certificate I report card of the last class
attended.
8. Submit the hard copy of the form and the attachments at the gate.
9. The list of selected candidates will be displayed on the notice board on February 15, 2018

Hi All,

Just wanted to know if all the schools will be issuing forms from their counter or we can submit the forms online as well?

And is it confirmed that all schools will start the admission process from 27th Dec'17.

I live in North Delhi (Rani Bagh). as per the distance norms in what all schools I can fill in the admission form?

  Application Process

Consists of the following Stages:

Stage 1: Filling-up Registration of Application Form online

✽After clicking on "Submit Form" Button, applicants have to pay Registration Fee an amount of Rs. 25. After that system will generate a Recipt along with Registration Form and will email the same to you.

Stage 2: Verification Process.
List of documents to be submitted at the time of verification.

✽ For Neighbourhood Criteria  : Both parents will be required to submit at least one document each from the following two groups (This does now apply to single    parents who apply in the ‘Inclusive Education’) category  :

Group I : Passport / Voter ID( one from this group ).
Group II : Currently active utility bill for three months or a current Bank Statement giving address.(one document from this group)

✽ In case Alumnus, Board Mark sheet of class X/XII and proof of having studied in the Vidyalaya for a minimum of four years is required.
✽ Proof in support of claim made for Gujarati and/or Sibling or 'Inclusive Education' category.
✽ Proof / supporting documents for any other claim(s) made in the Application Form. Kindly bring the original documents for verification and self-attested photocopies duly for submission.
✽ Documents will be verified only at the time of interaction. For this, a specific date and time will be given to each applicant and no documents will be accepted by the Office /Staff after the appointed date and time.
✽ All claims including claims for Gujarati category and Residential Address are subject to independent verification.

Stage 4: Admission Process.
After verification, a final list of applicants who will be offered admission, will be displayed on SPV website and the School Notice Board.

✽ Fees and other Charges should be deposited at the Extension Counter of the Bank of Baroda in the Vidyalaya in cash or by Demand Draft payable to Sardar Patel Vidyalaya, New Delhi.
✽ Parent would be required to open a "FEE ACCOUNT" at the Extension Counter of the Bank in the premises of the Vidyalaya to facilitate transfer of Fees and Charges.
✽ The Vidyalaya reserves the right to revise the FEES AND OTHER CHARGES.

  Instructions for filling the form

✽ Read all instruction carefully before filling the form.
✽ Incomplete/ incorrectly filled forms are liable to be rejected.
✽ Road distance from residence calculated as per Google Map to be entered.
✽ There are fields available as text fields, check boxes and drop down. In these fields, Please select the option as applicable to you.
✽ There are fields available as check boxes. In these fields, please place a tick mark against the option applicable to you.
✽ After, Filling the form, you are advise to go through the details once again and if all details are correctly filled, press the "Submit Form" button. If you wish to erase old information, click on the data and retype / reselect the correct information.
✽ Once the form has been submitted and accepted by the system you cannot make any changes to it.
✽ Submission of duplicate forms should be avoided as it will attract inconsistent responses.
✽ After reading the procedure on this pages, Click on "I Accept" button to view the ONLINE APPLICATION FORM.
✽ Fill the form with required information. At the end of the form, there is a "Submit Form" button. Click on the button once only. It takes time for the computer to process the information. I have filled up the form of SPV but when I click on Submit button, the message shown is "Application form already exists". No message or any development is not shown on the web page and I have not made payment. also no application no. is generated. can someone guide?

  Online Registration Process

  General Instructions

✽ Registration for admission to Pre-School will be done for children born on or before 31st March 2015.

✽ Since there are limited seats available, all applicants cannot be accommodated. Only parents of short listed applicants will be called to verify the claims made in the admission form.
✽ At the time of verification applicants will be required to bring original documents for verification and self attested photocopies for submission.
✽ After verification of documents, the applicants will be further short listed based on points acquired in criteria post verification of documents, and offered admission in order of merit. In case the number of applicants with the same points is more than the number of seats, a draw of lots will be conducted.
✽ No telephonic or personal inquiries will be entertained regarding the status of any application.
✽ Sardar Patel Vidyalaya is a Co- Educational Institution and as a part of its philosophy shall endeavour to maintain gender parity.
✽ Admission will be valid only if the applicable fees and charges are paid in full by the prescribed date, together with necessary documents/certificates and on completion of all other required formalities.
✽ Offer of admission does not mean an automatic allocation / availability of seat in the School Bus. Bus facility is subject to availability. Request for relocation of a Bus Stop or extension/diversion of the bus route will not be entertained.
