• 1.Attested photocopy of Date of Birth certificate of the child.
• 2.Attested photocopy of Residence proof (either of the following)-
•     i)Ration Card/Smart Card issued in the name of Parents(Mother/Father having name of child)
•     ii)Domicile Certificate of Child or of his/her Parents.
•     iii)Voter I - Card (EPIC) of any of the Parents.
•     iv)Electricity Bill / MTNL Telephone Bill/Water Bill/Passport in the name of any of the Parents or Child.
•     v)Aadhaar Card/UID issued in the name of any of the Parents.
• 3.Proof of Sibling (Latest Fees Receipt).
• 4.Attested photocopy of SC/ST/OBC Certificate (wherever applicable).
• 5.Attested Photocopy of Date of Birth Certificate of both the Twins (wherever applicable).
• 6.Attested Photocopy of Marksheet of Class VIII in case of Alumni (wherever applicable).

ADMISSION GUIDELINES

• The registration process is open for admission in class Pre-School (Nursery) / Pre- Primary(K.G) / I for the session 2018-19.
• a. The child must be 3+ years as on 31st March 2018 for Pre-School The child must be 4+years as on 31st March 2018 for Pre-Primary The child must be 5+ years as on 31st March 2018 for class I
• The online form is only for the candidates applying under GENERAL CATEGORY ONLY. Candidates willing to apply under DG/EWS Category are required to fill the form at the website of Directorate of Education, Delhi.
• Kindly fill all the particulars carefully
• E-mail Address and Contact no. once used for the registration of any candidate cannot be re-used.
• Take the print of the filled registration form and attach necessary documents along with the form and submit the same at the school reception on or before 17th February 2018 with admission registration charges Rs. 25/- between 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. during school working days. Kindly retain the registration form in hard copy for further use.
• g. Please keep passport size photo of the child, mother and father ready to upload while filling the form. The size of the photograph may not be more than 100KB. The image should be in .jpg or .png format only. Please ensure that the face of the candidate, father and mother is clear in the photograph uploaded.
• h. Self Attested copy of Date of Birth proof of the candidate and Residence Proof to be attached online while registering. Size may not exceed 500 KB. The image should be in .jpg or .png format only.
• i. Self Attested copy of Latest fee receipt of session 2017-18 issued in name of the sibling (Sibling case only), Proof of SC/ST/OBC Certificate (If applicable), Proof of Date of Birth Certificate of second twin (in case of twins only), Mark sheet of Class VIII of either parent (in case of Alumni only) to be uploaded in not more than 500 KB. The image should be in .jpg or .png format only.

ADMISSIONS
Admission to Pre-Primary Class of the School is open to all eligible children without any
discrimination of caste, creed, colour, sex, religion or nationality. For being eligible to register for
admission to Pre-Primary Class for the academic session 2018-2019 the child must have completed
the minimum age of 4 years as on 31st March, 2018.
Detailed information with regard to admission of children to Pre-Primary class is given in the
following paras:

Registration Forms :
(i) Registration Forms for General Category children for admission (the criteria for
which has been annexed herewith) to Pre-Primary for the academic session 2018-19
can either be purchased from School Reception Counter on payment of Rs.25/- in
cash or can be downloaded from www.justdakhila.com from Wednesday, 27th
December, 2017 to Wednesday, 17th January, 2018 between 9.00 a.m. and 12.00
noon on all working days.
(ii) Further, no requests for dispatch of Registration Forms by post or courier will be
entertained.
(iii) Duly filled up Registration Forms shall be accepted at the School Reception Counter
between 9.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon upto 17th January, 2018 (Last Date).

CRITERIA :
Admission of children to General Category seats of Pre-Primary Class of this School will be made
on the basis of points secured by them on 100 points scale as detailed below, subject to their
completing the age of 4 years as on 31/03/2018:
(i) Residence Location – 60 Points maximum
Every child will be awarded between 00 to 60 points depending on the distance of his/her
residence from the School as per the following distance-wise categories:

(a) 0 – 3 Kms 60
(b) Above 3 Kms, upto 5 Kms 40
(c) Above 5 Kms, upto 8 Kms 20
(d) Above 8 Kms 00
Method adopted for ascertaining the distance shall be ‘as the crow flies’ as per google maps.
(ii) Sibling – 20 Points
If one or more real brother(s)/sister(s) of the child is/are studying in this School, he/she shall
be awarded 20 points.
No points will be awarded to the rest of the children in this regard.
(iii) School Alumni – 20 Points maximum
A child will be awarded 20 points if both father and mother are alumni.
In case either parent is alumnus/alumna, 10 points will be awarded to the child.
In case neither father, nor mother is an alumnus/alumna, no points will be awarded.

Final List of Children selected for admission will be drawn in order of merit which will be arrived
at after adding all the points secured by each child according to the terms and conditions set out in
paras (i) to (iii) above.
In case there are more children, who score similar total, than the seats available, the selection will
be made on the basis of draw of lots in the presence of at least four parents.
