Hi.. My child's name has been shortlisted for the draw at number 79. Does that mean he has a right to admission now?

Do we know if any action taken by DOE on schools for upper age limit after media taking up this issue? Since I see many more schools declaring admission criteria recently are still limiting upper age.

2) Staff Quota = 05 (3%)
3) Open Seats available = 123
4) EWS- Disadvantage Group = Nil (Minority)
SELECTION CRITERIA
For Open category seats following parameters will be taken into
consideration for selecting the applicants for Nursery Admission for the
year 2018-19. Number of open category seats available are 123.
1) Own Community - 50 points
2) Neighbourhood Criteria
a) Distance from (0-3 km) - 20 points
b) Distance from (above 3 - 6 km) - 10 points
c) Distance from (above 6 km) - 5 points
(Distance will be calculated from Mar Gregorios Orthodox Church B2 Janakpuri )
3) Sibling studying in school - 20 points
4) Parent Alumni of school - 10 points
Selection of candidates
Those children who have got maximum no. of points will be selected and
given admission. When the points are equal, selection is through draw of
lots and the date will be informed.
