Information Regarding Pre-School (Nursery) Registration (General Category) 2018-2019

The Registration for students of class Pre School (Nursery) for the Academic Session 2018-2019 will begin from 27^th December 2017. Registration and Submission will be done online through school’s website www.ramjasdayboarding.org. The last date for online Registration and submission is 17^thJanuary, 2018 upto 04.00 p.m.

General Instructions
1. Use only Blue / Black Ball Point pen to fill the Form.
2. Do not enter Registration Number yourself.
3. Use appropriate tick mark as (√)in the relevant box.
4. Enclose photocopies of the documents. Originals will be checked at the time of admission.
Proposed Fee Structure for 2018-19 (subject to revision)
Tuition Fee: Rs. 4,950/- p.m.
Annual Fee: Rs. 850/- p.m.
Development Fee: Rs. 300/- p.m.
Diet Charge: Rs. 1,200/- p.m.

A printed copy of the online form submitted, along with an amount of Rs. 25/- as Registration Fees and photocopies of documents listed below must be deposited at the school admission counter latest by 17^th January, 2018.

 Draw for 112 General Category seats out of 346 eligible candidates (80 Points) will commence on 9^th February 2018(Friday) at 3:00pm in the school premises. Your timely presence will be highly solicited. 

Entry at 2:45 pm from Gate No.1. 

1. The First list of selected candidates for admission along with the waiting list will be displayed on the school notice board and school web site on 15^th February 2018(Thursday). 

2. The Admission will be open for a limited period as per the schedule.

 A draw of lots will be held in the school premises in case of tied
points.

 The applicants considered for admission after declaration of
points/draw of lots will be required to submit a hard-copy of
the online form and self attested copy of required documents.
They will also have to bring the original documents for
verification. The admission will be confirmed only if the
authenticity of the documents is proved after verification.

1. Birth Certificate bearing the name of the child and the parents
issued by the Municipal Corporation.
2. Proof of residential addressa)
Ration card issued in the name of parents(father/mother)

b) Domicile certificate of child or his/her parents.
c) Latest Voter ID of any of the parents.
d) Aadhaar card/UID card issued in the name of any of the
parents or the child.
e) Electricity bill/MTNL telephone bill/Water bill/Passport in
the name of the child or any of the parents.
Note: School will also verify the residential address
through home visits
3. In case of Alumni (Father/Mother having passed class 12th
from Gyan Bharati School): Admission No., Year of
Passing Class XII, Roll No. of CBSE Class XII Board
Exams/Class XII CBSE certificate.
4. In case of Sibling applicants (Only if one sibling- real
brother or sister is studying in Gyan Bharati): Admission
No. and latest fee bill issued by the school.
Please note- In case of Incomplete form, Incorrect/False
information, Incomplete/ False documents, the form is liable
to be rejected and admission will stand cancelled even if
selected as per points or in draw of lots.

Means gyan bharti shcool doesnt facilitate parents through online application for admission in K.G like they do for nursery admission ,

So have i to directly contact gyan bharti school throuh written application?

Can u please also tell me which schools in following areas consider online admission facility for K.G admission, One I know is The Mother internation schools provide online link for admission in K.G.

No fixed criteria or calendar for KG as its depends on vacancy

Like DPS follow points system n many take interviews

Follow this KG-12 Group for Admission notification that have come till now and will keep coming till may also give application in all desired schools(As all school do not put admission notification on school website for KG n senior classes)
