PRE-SCHOOL (NURSERY) ADMISSION SESSION 2018-19

• There is no interview or interaction with the children.
• School does not conduct interview of the parents however, there is an orientation with the parents of the admitted children.
• Admission procedure is conducted under the supervision of an Admission Committee. The decision of the Admission Committee in this regard will be final and binding.
• Registration process will not be complete unless a printed copy of the form is submitted in the school. Registration does not entitle the child for admission in the school.
• Forms with hand written modifications / corrections will not be accepted. Incomplete forms are liable to be rejected without any intimation.
• Only one copy of the form will be accepted; no change of information in the form will be entertained.
• Printed copy of the filled form must be submitted at the School Reception from 27.12.2017 to 17.01.2018 between 09:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for registration.
• A fee of Rs. 25/- will be charged at the time of Registration (Non-Refundable).
• The list of short-listed candidates will be displayed on the School Website and Notice Board.
• In case of Twin Siblings if the first child gets selected the second child will automatically get admission.
• The application form will work best in the following browsers Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Internet Explorer 9 and above.
• The School has considered Google Maps to formulate the Distance Criteria. If more than 50% of an area is getting covered according to Google Maps then we have considered the entire area in our distance classification.

PRE-SCHOOL (NURSERY) SESSION 2018-19

• In the case of Twin Siblings, if the first child gets selected the second child will automatically get admission.
• Children born on or before 31.03.2015 are eligible for admission.
• There is no interview or interaction with the children.
• School does not conduct interview of the parents. However, there is an orientation with the parents of the admitted children.

Please make a note of the following while filling the Application Form:

a. Age Criteria for Admission:-
Nursery (Ankur) 3+ as on 31st March 2018. Date of Birth should be between 1st April 2014 to 31st March 2015 (both days inclusive)
b. The Form must be filled in CAPITAL letters only.
c. Only one Form per applicant will be accepted. Filling of more than one Form will result in cancellation of both/all Forms submitted by the applicant.
d. Incomplete Forms or Forms without supporting documents will not be considered for admission and no further communication will be entertained regarding the same.
e. The Original Documents will be checked in case the application is shortlisted for admission. Admission of the applicant is subject to the verification and authentication of
all documents against the Originals, failing which, the offer for admission will stand cancelled and the next applicant as per the Waiting List will be offered admission
under the General Category.
f. If any of the filled in information or documents submitted are found to be incorrect, altered or false, the school reserves the right to cancel admission of the applicant,
even after the session commences.
g. Documents once submitted to the school will not be returned.
h. In case of twins, selection of one under the Draw of Lots will not automatically guarantee selection of the other sibling.

1. For Proof of Residence, a copy of any one of the following documents will be accepted :
 Ration Card issued in the name of either of the parents, with the family name of the child
 Voter’s I-D card of any of the parents
 Electricity Bill / MTNL Telephone Bill / Water Bill / Passport in the name of any of the parents or child
 Domicile Certificate of the child or of his / her parents
 Aadhaar Card issued in the name of any of the parents or child
2. Copy of the Child's Birth Certificate
3. Recent passport size photographs, one each of the child, mother and father (to be stuck in the space provided)
