 Rent Agreement (Registered).
o Proof of Sibling (Current Fee receipt of sibling)
o Proof of Alumni (XIIth Passing Certificate).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING REGISTRATION FORM

 

• Admission Registration Fee with online payment of Rs. 25/- (non-refundable). 
• All fields marked * on the Registration form are compulsory
• For single parent, kindly put NA for other name
• Please use “AND” and not symbols such as “&” while filling the residential address as the Google Map does not read the symbols.E.g. Sector B & C may please be written as Sector B and C
• After completing the Registration form, click on SUBMIT &PAY ONLINE. You will get a Review form with Registration No.and filled details.
• Please keep a copy of filled form for your record.
