CRITERIA FOR PRE-SCHOOL ADMISSION FOR THE
ACADEMIC SESSION 2018-19
Reference Directorate of Education Circular No. DE.15(172)/PSB/2016/21112 dated 19th December 2017.
The Managing Committee of the School hereby approves the following criteria and schedule for admission to
Pre-School for the session 2018-19.
Total No. of Seats: 368
Points will be allocated to the applicants on the basis of the following criteria:
Maximum Points
1.1 Neighbourhood 50
a. 0 to 3 km 50
b. 3 to 5 km 30
c. 5 to 7 km 10
d. > 7 km 0
1.2 Old Parents (case of sibling) 20
1.3. Parents who are old students of the school (Alumni) 10
1.4 First born child 20
Total Points 100
2. Reserved Seats:

A. EWS 25%
B. Siblings (OP) 20%
C. Alumni 5%
D. Staff wards 5%
E. Management Quota 20%
• Except for EWS, staff wards, Management quota seats, for all other categories 50% seats will be given
to boys & 50% to girls.
• The remaining seats if any, of B, C, D will become open seats.
• There will be no interaction with parent/child
• No prospectus will be sold. Only Registration Fee of Rs.25/- will be charged.
• There will be no weightage for parent’s educational qualification, occupation or financial status.
• Distribution /Receipt of forms will start from 27
th December 2017 till 17th January 2018.
• First list of provisionally selected candidates alongwith waiting list will be displayed at 2 pm on 15th
February 2018.
• Queries of parents, if any, will be resolved through email between 16th February 2018 to 20th February
2018.
• Second list of candidates (if any) will be displayed on 28th February 2018.
• The admission criteria is to be put up on the website and sent to the DOE before the process commences.
• Admission process to be over in all respects by 31st March 2018.
For admission to EWS and Disadvantaged Categories rules framed by DOE will be followed.

Hi sakshi,

I have filled thru this link , however m only getting preview and reset option in the end ...I took the printout and submiited this form ..however they are saying that in the end points should come and fill it again.

M not able to understand what m doing wrong as i tried again and same options coming.

Could you please help me

Try using the link given on the website.

Because they have changed the form which they initially uploaded.

Initially, they had a field where you can select the category you want to apply under General, management, staff, alumini. 

Login on their website and I am sure you will get through.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR PRE-SCHOOL FOR 2018-19

 

The entry class to the school is Pre School. There are 385 seats out of which 96 (25%) are reserved for EWS/DG category

Process of Admission to Pre School, commences this year in the month of December 2017.

 

• Age of the child as on 31-3-2018 should be 3+ years ( i.e. born between 01.04.2014 and 31.03.2015 )
• Pre School General application forms are available online only at the school website.( balbharatipp.org )

 

1. THE BUS FACILITY WILL NOT BE EXTENDED BEYOND THE EXISTING BUS ROUTES FOR PRE-SCHOOL. PLEASE CHECK THE EXISTING BUS ROUTES.
2. PLEASE FILL THE FORM CAREFULLY AS THE SCHOOL WILL NOT ENTERTAIN ANY CHANGE ONCE THE FORM IS SUBMITTED.
3.  ONLY ONE FORM PER CHILD WILL BE ACCEPTED.
4. KINDLY FILL THE FORM CAREFULLY AND CORRECTLY. ANY INFORMATION FOUND INCORRECT AT THE TIME OF VERIFICATION AND ADMISSION WILL RESULT IN THE CANCELLATION OF ADMISSION.

INSTRUCTIONS

• Age of the child as on 31.3.2018 should be 3+ years (i.e. born between 01.04.2014 and 31.03.2015)
• Please visit the school website before filling up the form to get a detailed information about the school.
• Incomplete or incorrect application will be rejected.
• All the fields marked with * are mandatory.
• The payment mode is ONLINE only.
• Please retain the Transaction Id and the Copy of the form received through the mail, for any further correspondence.
• Children residing beyond 7 kms shall be admitted only in case vacancies remain unfilled even after considering all the students within 7 kms.
• The distance will be measured from school using google maps aerial distance.(Sample attached).Any discrepancy in the distance will lead to cancellation of the form.
• AADHAR cards for the child and both the parents are mandatory at the time of admission, if selected. Kindly ensure you have these documents ready.
• CAUTION: DO NOT FILL MORE THAN 1 FORM, ELSE THE CHILD'S CANDIDATURE WILL GET CANCELLED.
• The school will not entertain for any requests for the corrections in the already entered online form.
• Please note that the classes will be conducted during the session in the Nursery school building located in Maulana Azad Society. The children will move to the main campus in PP II.

Steps for filling the form.

 

1. Online payment through Debit Card/Credit Card/ Paytm.
2. Transaction Id will be received in the mail.
3. Use the transaction Id for filling of the form.

For registration, only online payment should be made but the payment link is not working. I have written to them twice but no information has been received. Does anyone know how to make payment in the event of this web link being down?
