GUIDELINES FOR FILLING ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM
CHILDREN BORN BETWEEN 1st APRIL 2014 AND 31st MARCH 2015 ARE ELIGIBLE
FOR ADMISSION TO PRE-SCHOOL (NURSERY)
 All fields marked with an asterisk * on the Registration form are compulsory.
 Fill the Form in CAPITAL LETTERS.
 An incomplete registration form will be automatically rejected.
 After completing the registration form, click on SUBMIT to upload the form. You will get an
auto generated acknowledgement receipt with user ID and password on it. These are to be used for
future reference.
 Print the filled copy of the form along with the acknowledgement receipt. Affix the latest passport size
photographs in the given spaces in the form.
 Attach photocopies of required documents (mentioned below) and acknowledgement receipt to the
printed copy of the form and submit this to the school before 12 noon on
Wednesday, 17th January 2018:
 Insufficient or invalid documents will lead to disqualification.

Telephone/Electricity/Water bill or Rent agreement in the name of any one PARENT which
proves residence at the mentioned address between January 2017 and December 2017.

ADMISSION INFORMATION

1. Those Candidate who have scored 80&90 points have qualified for admission to Pre-School (Nursery).
2. Only those candidates who have scored 70 points are eligible for the draw of lots.
3. The draw of lots will take place on 12, February 2018 at 12.30 pm in the school premises.
4. Parents of eligible candidates wanting to attend the draw, are requested to carry the Processing slip which has the REGISTRATION NO. on it.
5. The Processing slip has to be shown at the school gate on 12, February 2018 to facilitate entry in to the school premises. Entry will start at 12: 00 noon. KINDLY ENSURE YOU ARE IN TIME FOR THE DRAW OF LOTS.
6. ONLY ONE representative per candidate will be allowed entry into the school, to avoid overcrowding.
7. The presence of parents of the candidates at the time of draw of lots is NOT COMPULSARY.

Notice for Pre School Applicants
The draw for Pre School applicants for the session 2018-19 scoring same points,
shall be held on 12th February, 2018 at 12:00noon in the school premises. The list
of applicants scoring same points is displayed on the website & the notice board of
the school.
Instructions for parents
 To keep the transparency, the draw shall be conducted following a proper
procedure by the Committee constituted by the school.
 The interested applicants may attend the said draw as per the above
schedule.
 Entry Time for parents :11:30am – 11:50am
 The school would like to assure the parents that their ward’s name will be
included in the lottery even if they are not present for the draw.
 Since the number of candidates for the draw of lots is more, only one parent
will be allowed to witness & participate in the draw. No one other than the
parent would be allowed due to security reasons.
 It is must to carry acknowledgement slip & a photo ID card for entry in the
school for draw of lots.
 The 1st list of selected students will be displayed along with the 1st Waiting
List on 15/02/18 on the school notice board at 8:30am
