As per DOE, there is no upper age limit this year. However, many schools like N K Bagrodia, Montfort have set up upper age bar, as chidren born between 01/04/14 to 31/03/2015 are eligible for nursery admissions in these schools.

Entry Level

 

Admissions for Entry Level class are usually announced in the first week of January every year for the following session in April.  Except for EWS Quota, Staff wards and Management seats, for all other categories 50% seats
will be given to boys and 50% to girls.
 The remaining seats from A, B, C under Open seats, if any, will be merged in D (General Seats).
 There will no interaction with parent/child.

Registration form for admission to Pre-Primary I (2018-2019).
 Drop the printout of the Confirmation Form, duly signed, in the drop box at the School
Gate No. 1 along with the print out of the distance calculated by the google maps.
Also attach a Pay Order / Demand Draft (D.D.) of Rs. 25/-( if paying through DD/PO).
 No other document except the print out of the distance calculated by google maps
and DD/PO of Rs. 25/- in favour of “ Bal Bharati Public School ,Rohini “(if paying
through DD/PO) is to be attached with the confirmation form.
 Submission of confirmation form can be done from 27th December 2017 to 18th
January 2018 by 2:00 p.m.
 There will no interaction with parent/child.
 No prospectus will be sold. Prospectus are available on school website.
 There will be no weightage for parents’ educational qualification, occupation or
financial status.
 Incomplete or incorrect application will be rejected.
 School will not be responsible for non receipt of Registration form sent by post.
 Aadhaar card for the child is mandatory at the time of admission , ifselected.
 Please do not fill more than one form, else the child’s candidature will get cancelled.
 The school will not entertain any request for the corrections in the entries made by

Instructions
1. After depositing the fees for admission, if the child is withdrawn within one month from
the date of admission, his registration charges, admission fee and tuition fee for one month
will be retained by the School and all the other charges shall be refunded. In case
withdrawal is after one month of admission (even before the class starts) no amount would

2. Do not submit any original document. Only attested photocopies of the following
documents to be submitted along with the registration form:
(i) Date of birth certificate from Municipal Corporation record. No affidavit will be accepted.
(ii) For SC/ST/OBC candidates: Supporting documents to be submitted.
(iii) Residential Address proof: Ration Card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father
having name of child). Domicile certificate of child or of his /her parents. Voter’s ID card
of any of the parents. Electricity Bill / MTNL Telephone Bill / Water Bill /Passport in the
name of any of the parents or child. Aadhaar card/ Unique Identity Card of
mother/father/child issued by Government of India / (Copy of any of these would be
accepted)
(iv) Aadhaar card of the child.
3. Original documents to be submitted at the time of admission for verification.
4. If any document is found incomplete/missing or not submitted at a particular point, no
point would be added for that.
5. At any stage if any document or information given at the time of admission is found
wrong/incorrect, the admission of the child will stand cancelled.
6. In case of litigation, legal jurisdiction restricted to courts of Delhi.
7. New Session will commence on 6
th April 2018. In case of any change in date, the same
will be notified on School’s notice board/website.
8. The child should complete 3 years as on March 31, 2018.
