Important Instructions:

Self attested / attested copies of the following documents are required to be submitted along with the duly filled and signed registration form:-

• Photocopy of Date of Birth Certificate of child.
• Any proof of residential address (Voter I.D Card/ Ration Card/ Latest paid electricity / Telephone bill / Passport). In case of rental accommodation valid Rent Agreement and an affidavit on stamp paper to be submitted. School reserves right to verify the residential address through home visit.
• In case of sibling copy of the school I-card and or last paid fee receipt/ card.
• Photocopy of Adhar Card, Parent & Child.

• Download the Registration Form.
• Take Print out and fill it completely.
• Submit the form at the School Reception during school hours.

1.	Total Seats Available	75
2.	Entry Level	Class Nursery
3.	Age of Student	3 + as on 31.03.2018
4.	Dates of Availability of Registration Form	27.12.2017 to 17.01.2018 (9:00 AM to 12:30PM)
5.	Last Date of Submission of Registration Form	17.01.2018(till 12:30 PM)
6.	Uploading marks (as per point system) given to each of the children who applied for admission under open seats	08.02.2018 (Thursday)
7.	Date of Draw(if required)	10.02.2018(11:00AM)
8.	Date of Publication of First list along with waiting list	15.02.2018(Thursday)
9.	Date of Publication of Second list along with waiting list	28.02.2018(Monday)

Note:- No undertaking regarding the above mentioned documents will be accepted at the time of submission of registration form. Any discrepancy observed in the registration form and or supporting documents, submitted by the applicant shall lead to the invalidity and cancellation of the registration

They are like poles apart (distance wise).
