Criteria for Nursery Admissions :
2. Eligible Age : Child should be 3+ and less than 04 years as on 31st March
of the year in which the admission is sought.
3. Children who reside Points
a. within 0 to 5kms of school will be awarded [50]
b. within 5 to 8 kms will be awarded [30]
c. beyond 8 kms will be awarded [20]
4. Sibling criteria – Real brother/sister only [25]
5. Alumni criteria – Same school only [25]
6. A printed copy of the online submitted form and payment of Rs.25/-
deposited through Online payment Gateway using Debit/Credit card and
Net Banking payment options be submitted, with Photo-copy of Birth
Certificate of the child issued by MCD, be dropped in the Box installed in
the Security Room at the Entrance Gate of the School latest by 17
January, 2018 upto 1.00 p.m. (No cash payment will be accepted).
7. Documents Required for verification AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION (In
original) :
Final admission is subject to verification of the documents.
a. Proof of Residence –
i. Ration Card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father having
name of child).
ii. Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents
iii. Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents
iv. Electricity bill/MTNL telephone bill/Water bill/Passport in the name
of any of the parents or child.
v. Aadhaar card/UID card issued in the name of any of the parents.
b. Proof of Sibling – latest fee slip
Under Sibling Category, if one of the ‘Twin Children’ gets selected then
the other would be considered under ‘Sibling Category’
c. Proof of Alumni – School Leaving Certificate / Sr. Sec./ Secondary Board
Certificate
(Parents must bring a passport size photograph each of the child, father and
mother for admission after verification of documents.)
8. The Existing Bus routes are given on the School’s Website. There will be
no change in the existing bus routes. Parents will be required to make
their own arrangement for other routes.
9. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING POINTS WHILE FILLING UP THE ONLINE
FORM:
a) DO NOT USE SYMBOLS LIKE - / or ‘ or “ or : of ( etc. WHILE FILLING THE
FORM ONLINE AS THESE SYMBOLS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED BY THE
SOFTWARE.
b) FILL UP THE FORM COMPLETELY.
c) CLICK ON ‘SUBMIT’ TO COMPLETE ONLINE PROCESS. YOU WILL RECEIVE
A REGISTRATION NO. ON SUCCESSFUL SUBMISSION. PLEASE TAKE A
PRINT OUT OF THE CONFIRMATION PAGE i.e. THE REGISTERED FORM.
d) THE PRINT OUT OF THE ONLINE REGISTERED FORM WITH REQUIRED
PHOTOGRAPHS PASTED AND DOCUMENTS ATTACHED SHOULD BE
DROPPED IN BOX INSTALLED AT THE SCHOOL’S ENTRANCE GATE.
e) IN CASE OF INCOMPLETE FORM/DOCUMENTS OR SENDING
CASH/CHEQUE WITH THE APPLICATION – THE APPLICATIONS WILL BE
DEEMED AS REJECTED.

Also bring an additional passport size photograph each of the child, father and mother for admission after
verification of documents.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
It is mandatory to deposit school fee after verification of documents. Fee is payable through demand draft in
favour of ‘Principal DLDAV Model School, Shalimar Bagh’ or by cash. Cheque will not be accepted under any
circumstances.
However from July, 2018 fee will be accepted through NACH only. NACH Mandate Form can be collected from the
reception. No fee will be accepted in cash.

1) Eligible Age : 3+ as on 31/03/2018.
2) Fill the form in capital letters only.
3) Online Registration will be done through school website : www.daveastofloniroad.org 
4) Payment will be made online.
5) Keep your details of Debit Card/Credit Card/Net banking ready for online payment of Rs. 25/- as the registration amount.
6) In case of single parent, the phone no. of the parent is to be repeated in both the columns.
7) Fill up the form completely before taking a printout. In case of incomplete form/documents, the application will be deemed as rejected.
8) Print out of the filled registration form, duly signed by the parent, must be dropped in the box placed near the school gate (no.1), along with self-attested photocopies of the supporting documents. 
9) Last date for submission is 17-01-2018 upto 02:00 PM.
10) Transport facility is available on existing routes and stops.
11) After registering your email id, please wait for 5 minutes to receive the login password.
12) If payment process is not completed successfully once due to any reason, please proceed again if required, using the same e-mail Id & Password.

• • As per the guidelines issued by Directorate of Education, NCT Delhi vide circular No. DE15(172)/PSB/2016/2112 dated 19.12.17, for the admission scheduled for entry level class i.e. Pre-school (open seats), the points given to each registered and eligible candidates have been uploaded. As there is a tie at 50 points, a draw is to be held in the school on 13.02.18 at 11.00 am in the school ground. Candidates, who have been given 50 points(as per the parameters decided by the school)
