Thanks Piyush, that was helpful. Have you submitted the form already? Were they accepting it today? Os the slot given online? Or is it given in school on submitting form? What is the first visit for if form is to be submitted in second visit?

They started online registration from today. I submitted online form today itself. Time slot for first visit is generated as soon as online registration is complete. The purpose of first visit is to submit the printout of the form that you submit online. You are also supposed to fill up a questionnaire when you are there and submit that along with form and other documents.

You don't submit form on second visit as you would have already done that on first visit. Basis your form details and responses on questionnaire, you get shortlisted or rejected. Once shortlisted, you are called for second visit. The purpose of second visit is interaction with parents and child. A final result is outcome of that interaction. Hope this clarifies.

So I will fill the form and submit only once I am back so that form submission date falls after 16th Aug. I dont want to take any risk as if I register now, I might get form submission date which is after 04th Aug when I am not here.

For occupation proof of father is Payslip (having date of joining mentioned) good enough?

Or SHall I get a bonafide printed by HR?

Is this required at form submission?

Rest double chk with School

As father is Payslip (having date of joining mentioned) should also work and confirming that you are with the same company as of today
