Nursery school admissions guidelines are out

I guess the guidelines are out. Have seen on CNN IBN. Can anyone put some more light.

HC says that Govt. has no business interfering in the admission guidelines for nursery admissions.
Kudos to the HC for this decision which i am sure would avoid all the unnecessary confusion like last year.

In a huge relief for prive schools in Delhi, the High Court has allowed them to set their own guidelines for nursery admissions quashing the guidelines of city government with respect to the general category seats.
The High Court has also ruled that power to decide the school of a child should lie with the parents and not with the government adding that "position on map cannot decide which school a child should go to."
The court added that administrative autonomy of private unaided schools cannot be restrained by way of office orders.

Would this mean more issues as there would be no standardized rules and schools will have a free authority to have their own rules without any goverment regulations.

I don't think so that this verdict is good for parents. Parents will have no clue what a school will ask for at the time of admission. Also, most of the schools are going back to the method they used long time back.
Here I want to ask one question that after this will I be allowed to fill forms anywhere. I stay in Janak puri. Earlier I was not thinking of Rohini schools. But now will I be able to fill forms of Rohini as well.

Now seems schools have free run on criteria set up..managment quota will be back and schools can design rules to suit them

Point system will not apply in this admission process.
