Nursery school admissions guidelines are out

I guess the guidelines are out. Have seen on CNN IBN. Can anyone put some more light.

No rules means freedom to schools. May be there are again different forms at expensive rates for each individual school. parents have to run from pillar to post for each school to understand their system.

Schools may demand more donations. Not going to be fair practice at all.

Hope something better than previous year is deviced for guideline. Till the guidelines are out we need to keep us well informed about progress.

Judiciary has its limitation and it can not do much with these kind of issues. See last session what happened, they could not decide what is wrong and what is right, and they had to decide on case basis, overturing one order by another. It is not a criminal nor civil dispute in real sense. The scope of parties involved is huge and vague. Justice Manmohan has clearly told that there is demand supply gap in quality pre-primary education facility and solution to that shortage only can deliver justice.
