Criterion for Nursery Admissions 2016 -17

• Admission forms can be downloaded from the website as well as will be available at the school premises from Friday, 1st January 2016, 8:00 am.
• Selection of applicants will be based on Point System ONLY.
• The following point system to be followed for Nursery Admission for the academic session 2016-17

S.No:	Parameter/Criteria		Points
1	Distance from school(Upto 8KMS)		60
2	Girl child		15
3	Sister Concern School		15
4	Transfer cases (inter-state)		10
	Total		100

Age Criteria:
Nursery	3 Years
KG	4 Years
Grade I	5 Years

Please read the following instructions carefully before filling the form:

1. Only children born from 01- 04-2012 to 31-03-2013 are eligible for Admission to Nursery in the Academic year 2016 – 17.
2. School transport will be available for Pre-school students.
3. School timings will be from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm for Pre-school students. However, reporting time for all children will be 8:15 am.
4. Incomplete/Duplicate forms will be rejected.
5. The Form Number will be displayed on successful submission of completed form. The form number will also be sent by SMS and emailed. Please retain this form number for all future correspondence.
6. The forms are to be filled and deposited in the school between 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.

With ref to my above query, wanted to know that original affidavit docs willhave to submit for all the school or I can submit the photocopy of original??
