The ‘GENERAL  Category LIST FOR DRAW OF LOTS’ (applicants with same value points in a tie for draw of lots for remaining seats will also be put up). NOTE: Criteria for Twins:In case of twins, if one is selected the other twin will get sibling points. In a situation of draw of lots, the names of both will be considered in a single chit. Either both will be selected or both will not be considered for admission. Criteria for CWSN:A separate draw of lots will be held for all applicants applying under CWSN category for 2 reserved seats in each Jr.School. ii The details and schedule of ‘GENERAL CATEGORY DRAW OF LOTS’ will be available on the school website. The draw will be held using random method in complete transparency. iii The verification process of the documents will be held in the respective Junior Schools as and when intimated by the respective Junior Schools for the SHORT-LISTED cases (General Category) and N number of waitlisted applicants (General Category) as per the requirement of the seats available. Please note, both parents have to be present to submit self-attested copies of the above listed documents and to sign the letter of undertaking in the presence of the verification team. iv FIRST LIST - The First List of PROVISIONALLY SELECTED CHILDREN & WAITLISTED CHILDREN will be displayed on school website for further completion of formalities i.e. filling up of the Admission Form, submission of true copies, verification of Original Certificates, medical formalities and fee deposit. vi SECOND LIST - After assessing the vacancies, the Second List(if any) of PROVISIONALLY SELECTED CHILDREN will be declared as per schedule. Hi Sakshi,

My Son was born on 31st Dec 2011, and as per DPS criteria only those can apply whose DOB is between 01 April 2012 and 31 March 2013. can we register for KG as he is already going to play school and is doing Nursery this Year.

And also request you to please update good schools in South West Delhi and when are they opening Registration.

Online Registration form is available on the school website www.dpsdwarka.com.

　

 The online registration form will be available from Friday, 01 January 2016 (06:00 a.m.) to Friday, 22 January 2016 (08:00 p.m.).

　

 You are advised to fill in only one form. Duplicate/Multiple registrations will be summarily rejected.

　

3. Admission Parameters for General Category (Open Seats)

5. List of all registered applicants with their total scores (in descending order) will be displayed on Saturday, 30 January 2016 by 04.00 p.m.

　

6. In case of registered applicants getting identical total points in the lowest eligible score, a limited use of the lottery system would be adopted, subject to availability of seats.

　

7. Guidelines for Filling ONLINE Forms

　

 This is an electrometric registration form for Delhi Public School, Dwarka only. Please read the instructions carefully before filling in the form to avoid rejection of your form. All you need to do is to fill in the boxes with the required information.

　

 Do not press ‘ENTER’ key to move from one field to another. Use ‘TAB’ key or mouse control for the same.

　

 For information regarding the Bus Routes, please refer to the ‘Bus Routes’ link available on the home page of the school website.

　

 Non-refundable Registration Fee

　

(a) Arrange Bank Draft of Rs. 25/- drawn in favour of DPS Dwarka

(b) Mention the details of Draft/Pay Order in the Registration Form.

(c) Quote the Registration No. on the reverse side of the Bank Draft

(d) Dispatch the Draft/Pay Order to DPS Dwarka, Sector – 3, Phase 1, Dwarka New Delhi 110078 by Registered/Speed Post.

　

 After completing the Registration form, click on the ‘SUBMIT FORM’ button for final registration. A Registration Number will be generated. Take a print out as a proof and quote this Registration Number for all further correspondence with the school.

　

 Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the system.

　

 Please note that only one registration form will be accepted for one applicant. More than one registration will lead to DISQUALIFICATION.

Parents are requested to keep checking the school website on a regular basis for new updates.

　

10. Documents required to be verified before Admission to Pre-School (2016-2017): (Final admission is subject to the verification of the following documents in original. Photo copies will not be accepted).

　

 Original Birth Certificate of the child issued by Municipal Corporation or equivalent authority.

　

 Some indicative documents which can be submitted as proof of residence (any two proofs of the following)

I) Ration card issued in the name of Parents (Mother/Father having name of child)

ii) Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents

iii) Voter-I Card (EPIC) of any of the parent

iv) Latest Electricity bill/MTNL bill/Water bill/passport in the name of any of the parent or child.

V) Aadhar card/UID card issued in the name of any of the parent.

 Self Declaration of parents with regard to Girl Child or First Born child.

　

 Medical fitness certificate of the child issued by a Medical Officer.

　

 In case of sibling applicants, the school Identity Card /Fee Bill of the sibling studying in DPS Dwarka.

　

 For Differently-able applicants, a certificate of disability issued by a competent authority is to be submitted.

　

 Copy of AISSCE (Class XII) Board Pass certificate/ Marks Statement of the parent(s) for claim under Alumni Category.

　

 For claim under the Single Parent Category, please submitted the following documents :-

　

i. Widow/Widower: Valid/Legal proof (Death Certificate) and undertaking of present Single Status.

ii. Legally Divorced: Divorce document/Decree along with proof of legal custody of child and undertaking of present Single Status.

Please Note that Self Attested photo copies of the above documents are to be submitted. No undertaking regarding the documents mentioned above will be accepted at the time of verification of documents.
