Guidelines for Online Registration:-

This is an electrometric registration form for N. K. Bagrodia Public School, Sector-4, Dwarka, New Delhi-110078 only. Please read the instructions carefully before filling in the form to avoid rejection of your form. All you need to do is to fill in the boxes with the required information.
Please ensure to fill all the mandatory (*) fields in the form. Incomplete forms will be rejected.
Do not press "ENTER" KEY to move from one field to another. Use only "TAB" KEY or mouse control for the same.

Mother's International

Instructions

 Unutilized seats in staff quota will be given to open category.

 Transport facility is not available for students of Pre-School and Pre-Primary.

 Limited transport facility is available for other classes and there is no possibility of any increase in the same.

 Any incorrect information will result in the cancellation of the admission at any time, even after commencement of the session.

Criteria for Admission:

1. Neighbourhood (40 Points)

A list of all localities with points for each locality is attached. Kindly note additional points have been given to localities on our bus routes.

Required valid Documents (Proof of Residence) :

i) Ration Card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father

having name of the child).

ii) Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents.

iii) Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents.

iv) Electricity bill / MTNL Telephone bill / Water bill / Passport in the name of any of the parents of child.

v) Aadhaar card / UID card issued in the name of any of the parents.

2. Sibling (30 Points)

The points will be awarded to the applicant only if his/her own brother/sister is studying in

The Mother’s International School.

Required valid Documents: Photocopy of fee receipt. Provide system id or admission number of sibling studying in The Mother’s International School.

3. Alumni (20 Points)

If one of the parents studied in The Mother’s International School and is a life member of the Mother’s Blossoms and

 Passed Class X and XII both from the MIS and

life member of the Mother’s Blossoms - 20 Points

 Passed only Class X from the MIS and

life member of the Mother’s Blossoms - 10 Points

 Passed only Class XII from the MIS and

life member of the Mother’s Blossoms - 10 Points

Required valid Documents: Photocopy of AISSE (Class X) and AISSCE (Class XII) Pass Certificate/ Mark Sheet and life membership number of the Mother’s Blossoms

4. Girl Child (10 Points) : Select GIRL as gender. No documents required.

How to Apply

1. For candidates applying under General category

a. Forms to be filled online on our portal https://misms.net.in/admissions/. A link to the portal will be provided on school’s website http://themis.in. The entire process has been divided into three steps:

i. Application form to be filled; once this is done, a Reference Number with Pin will be generated. Reference number and pin can be used to resume the process in case of any interruption.

ii. Scanned/digital copy of the following documents to be uploaded. Original documents will be checked in case your application is short listed for admission.

1. Student’s Photograph

2. Father’s Photograph

3. Mother’s Photograph

4. Birth Certificate of the candidate

5. Proof of residence

In case of Alumni

6. Pass Certificates/Mark sheets of Class X & Class XII and membership number

of the Mother’s Blossoms as required

In case of Sibling : Photocopy of fee receipt. Provide system id or admission number of sibling studying in The Mother’s International School.

Iii. Registration fee of Rs.25/- to be paid online using any of the modes mentioned below: (Cash /Cheque/DD will not be accepted).

b. On successful completion of the process, a Registration Number (eg.PS/2016… PP/2016… P1/2016….) will be generated.

Note:

 Incomplete forms or forms without the supporting documents will not be considered for admission. No further communication will be entertained.

 Selection for open seat applicants will be based on Point System ONLY.

 In case of a tie, selection will be made through a draw of lots in the presence of the parents of the eligible candidates. Date, time and venue of draw of lots will be intimated to the parents well in advance through e-mails given by parents in the forms.

Please confirm whether we need to submit immunisation chart or medical fitness certificate for the kid or both needs to be submitted also confirm photocopy of documents are sufficient or these needs to be attested and if yes then who is the concerned authority for getting them attested.
