Names are registered for admission to the school in the month of January every year. Registration for a particular class does not mean that the child would be admitted to that class.

A child who has attained the age of 3 years as on March 31 of the relevant year is admitted to class Pre-School, 4 years for Pre-Primary, 5 years for class-I as per the rules, regulations and criteria displayed at the school notice board at the start of the admission procedure of that particular academic session. The application for admission must be accompanied by a birth certificate issued by the appropriate Municipal authority.

FOLLOWING IS THE ORDER OF HON'BLE DELHI HIGH COURT.

(i)         Admission shall first be offered to eligible students belonging to EWS and disadvantaged group residing within
             1 KM. of the specific schools.
(ii)        In case the vacancies remain unfilled, students residing within 3 Kms. of the school shall be admitted.
(iii)       If there are still vacancies, then the admission shall be offered to other students residing within 6 Kms. of
            the institutions.
(iv)       Students residing beyond 6 kms. shall be admitted only in case vacancies remain unfilled even after considering
             all the students within 6 kms. area.

After submitting the form, take a printout of the form.
Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
Printout of the form is compulsory and should be submitted along with the Bank draft. No documents to be submitted along with it.
Non-refundable Registration fee: Submit a bank draft of Rs.25/- drawn in favour of BGSIPS through registered / speed post or drop it in the drop box at the School's front gate along with the printout of the Registration form.
