Dear Sir

Please provide the following information in regard to JM International School, Sector-6, Dwarka (School id 1821214), Vishwa Bharati Public School, Sector-6, Dwarka (School id 1821241) and GD Goenka Public School, Sector 10, Dwarka, New Delhi 110075 (Three Schools) as regard toPre Nursery Admission 2013-14.

1. Are the above mentioned schools required to provide 25% of seats under Delhi School Education (Free seat for Students belonging to Economically Weaker Section and Disadvantage Group) Order 2011 and comply with DOE guidelines for implementation of the same? If no please provide the reason.
2. How many seats are available under FREE SEAT Quota (EWS & DG) for these schools?
3. When the schools did publish the first list for FREE SEAT Quota and when did they inform to the DOE.
4. Whether the schools published FREE SEAT quota list before 15t h February 2013.
5. Whether the schools published FREE SEAT Quota list along with general category list.
6. How the schools informed the parents regarding their wards for admission.
7. Whether any complain regarding non adherence to DOE guidelines of these schools was received by the DOE. If so please provide details.
8. What action was taken by DOE for compliance of its guidelines (If the schools have not followed any of its guidelines)?
9. Please provide the name and address of students (with distance) admitted in FREE SEAT Quota (and name and address of students who were not admitted in FREE SEAT Quota under first list/ second list/ third list/ not selected/ rejected with reasons in these
schools.
10. How many seats are still vacant under FREE SEAT Quota in these schools?
