The admission process is complete, verification process has been completed and lists will be out any time.

Neither the complete list of applicants was uploaded nor the point wise list was uploaded..

Respected Sumit Vohra ji, kindly advise,  can we move a complaint with the DOE...

Point Number 35 of the judgement of the Hon'ble High Court in WPC 448 of 2016,

Language (speak only 2 points, write only 2 points, read only 2 points) :

This is illogical to give points to this criterion. Small children should be on equal footing in every respect as the entry level class is the starting level of learning.

Minority Schools have been given autonomy to frame their own guidelines..what they are misusing. Iagree

Sakshiji ,

In my opinion , there is a lot of pushing and pulling going on inside Sardar Patel for seats ( All Categories). It absolutely does not make any sense to not disclose the list of selected applicants immediately after the verification . Verification got over on the 9th I think , the marks must have been alloted at the same time , compilation of the result and display of the same should have been over by now .Further postponing the result ( from 28th Feb to 7th March ) further adds a huge question mark on the admission transparency.

I agree. However SPV, while calling candidates for verification did not display transparency at all. No points were made public so that parents would know why their children got siphoned off. It was not expected of a school of such repute. My emails were, as expected, not responded to.
DoE is toothless in matters of minority schools. I had a matter pertaining to St George during by first child s admission last year and they made matters worse.

See , my point validated further by the fact that the although the verification process for Class 9th in the same school took place on 14th Feb ( 5 days after the nursery verification ) , it"s results have come up already.

Please help in the matter of St George. We should raise this lack of shortlisting transparency in points system issue together. DoE sent all my details to school with the complaint but school is now refusing to interact with me. The receptionist said that they will revert on my query to DoE and I should wait.
