Hi Parents,

Seeing multiple posts highly diverse in nature, I decided to send out a different post altogether. 

My daughter is 2+ years & I have admitted her into pre-nursery DPS sector 102 Dwarka Express Way . New branch which has come up. Reason was a good school ( ofcourse by brand name)proximity to my own house in sector 108 where we would be shifting soon.School is operational till 3rs this year and has plans to expand till 12. 

Fees structure:

Admission Fees : 25000

Annual Charges: 20000

Caution money : 5000

Quarterly fees : 27000( including meals)

Transport : 3000

Coming to around 12k Per month . Tuition fees increased quarterly by 1.5K from 1st class onwards.

Book set :2.5K for pre nursery

What put me off was mandates to purchase expensive Reebok shoes from uniform stall itself?

I am really mulling what would the increase be with rise in tuition fees and till 12 th grade? Is it same trend in all schools of Gurgaon?

Should I consider other reasonable schools

Please advise. My preference is focus on academics, english proficiency and nominal extra curricular.

School just started what do you mean by senior classes .i think its till 3 rd only.pls confirm .

what about extra expenses you have mentioned. i read article on this forum regarding  this school forcing parents to buy expensive shoes n stuff also location of school . would you like to comment

Yes you are right , next year they move till 4 th. Senior was a relative term , since my daughter is in pre nursery. I meant 1st onwards parents :-)

Extra expenses what I have been seeing are event trip costs once in a quarter. They did ask parents to buy Reebok shoes, but not everyone bought them.

Any idea is this school recognized by cbse as my friend working in medanta is shifting to sec 92 soon.any idea how far it is from there .
