the worst result declared by srijan school, as if the school is meant only for the siblings. the education ministry should look into the matter and help the parents who have suffered badly because of the change in selection criteria..

I should say, I am fortunate to get my child's admission in the first list itself. As we were also called by majority of the schools who first list was out before the fiasco (new point system). And after which our name did not appear in any list. Its really very very sad & dis-heartening for all of us.
Our Govt. advertises, FREE EDUCATION for all but seems helpless in ensuring this for common man. I don't think they even have a data of schools in a region and children in the region by age group which can help them resolve this issue or even look at a problem solution.
One thing came out clearly for people who are suffering from this last minute change in point system, the desparation would increase and schools would mint more money from them. I don't know how the whole system is going to handle this or they are a party to it. My all the best wishes to all my fellow parents fighting for this.

List of St Micheal is out .Schools just give an eye wash .Its only meant for christians .There were 50 points only for christians .So then why did they publish in newspapers Just simple cheating .No one can save India

I FEEL Mr Lovely Singh-chairperson of DOE should open his own institute and let him do whatever he wants in that, atleast that will save the parents from this panic...totally hopeless system...looking at the brk up of points itself u can make out the calibre of people who manage DOE..

If u see from other side opening a school is just a another business these days. Schools are minting lot of money just for this admission process from prospectus, from admission which is withdrawn later, regn fees etc etc. Like in dwarka every corner u see some or the other school and their fees is sky high but the quality standards are not that high just because the demand is more. They call it international, world or global schools which is just for infrastructure nothing to do with education system but fees is more or less same as International schools. I am just thinking why are we after these schools for our kids admission why not to go directly to real international schools whose admission is on FCFS basis and do not have to go thru all this harassment for months altogether.

Absolutely right mr.deepak.i totally agree with u.
it is only the game of demand and supply.we as parents are demanding best schools for our kids (for which we are ready to pay any amount) and in supply the so-called best schools are suppling us with the seats with hiked fee structures and other ways of increasing thier personal pocket incomes.but in the whole process we are forgetting whether we are giving the best to our kids.
NOOOOOOOOOO.
its all show-off. we are not strenghtening thier roots at all.system needs a drastic change for the betterment of the kid and for the nation itself.GOVT NEEDS TO THINK ON THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY.

i would suggest parents suffering from srijan school discrimination should unite and protest against the school's high headedness.....we all know how our ministries work, so we should least bank upon them.

I lost 15 points in Heritage Vasant kunj which I was earlier confirmed because of the change in the point criteria. BUT the question is why only profession why not alumis and siblings.

Listen to this.... we were shorlisted for interaction in srijan. went for verification of documents and now we have the required points as per srijan's criteria, but now they say the child is overage by 1 month.

Were they sleeping at the time of shortlisting us. or the DOE has now change the criteria for age also. Children ageing 4.1 yrs have been selected and my son is rejected because he is 4.2. What is this ? ???? can someone please help me out. Is DOE LISTENING..
