Suncity school: An Introduction:

Suncity World School’ in Suncity Township, Sector 54, Gurgaon with its motto of “Sadaiva Agrani” and based on the foundation of ‘Sanskara’, envisages to mould children in the spirit of ‘Always Positive, Always Ahead’ as it completes its tenth year –aptly called ‘TENacity’.

The school follows CBSE and CBSE-international curriculum and IGCSE (International General Certificate for Secondary Education) curriculum. It is a candidate school for IB Diploma program.

The school is unique in the education it imparts with an integration of traditional with modern. Multiple intelligences and trans-disciplinary and transversal form of learning form an integral part of our curriculum which is based on 

ASK-Application, Skill and Knowledge, with the right attitude.

We have the World’s only Multiple intelligences learning centre and hence the school was selected by Cambridge University to feature in their book called ‘Guide to Excellence’ which features top 100 schools,colleges and universities with best practices. Our school’s best practice was published in 2012 in the 

‘Guide to Excellence’.

Students’ Achievements: (2016-17)

Ø  Sreejit Neelkant participated in the Futsal world cup’2016 at Paraguay.

Ø  Tanishka Kotia wins SILVER in Common Wealth games. She was also the WINNER at the 16th Asian Chess Championship 2015 at Singapore .She was also the winner of U-13 All India Fide Rating Chess Championship 2016.

Ø  Garvit Gupta reached the semifinal in lawn tennis tournament at Kazakhstan’2015.

Ø  Krishna Mehndiratta participated in the soccer the junior Singapore soccer league.

Ø  Ria Kotia    was  the WINNER of U-8 All India Fide Rating Chess Championship 2016.

Ø  Yashika and Yuvraj bagged four GOLD MEDALS at National Level Skating Championship 2015.

Ø  Lavanya Jain  won the ALL-ROUNDER TROPHY at the National Level Gymnastic Championship.

Ø  Sarthak Sharma won the WINNING TROPHY at the National Ranking AITA Championship.

Ø  Aaryan Singh Chadha, Rinaya Duggal and Angan Batra won GOLD MEDALS at the National Level Taekwon-do Championship.

Ø  Students win Overall best school prize in ICSQCC 2016 that is the Statistical Quality Control Circle-for problem solving in Mauritius, where schools and colleges from FIVE countries participated.
