Need Review for school shortlisting (Nursery 2018-19)
Hi Sakshi,
I need your support to help me in choosing best school for my ward. Just to give everyone a background about myself, I put up at Sector 23, Dwarka. I am looking for a school
- With good academic, focus as well as extra-curricular activities.
- Safe and secured location for a girl child.
- Affordable fee structure (average as per Dwarka area and not too expensive).
With the recent draw of lots at various schools, my daughter name has been shortlisted for five schools. All these selections are under confirmed general category.
Therefore, I need Sakshi and everyone support to share their preference if they has to choose within below schools. Additionally, while providing your help please give a short description on why you choose one school over another.
List of Schools along with distance from my home:
- BGS International School (4 KM away)
- RD Rajpal Public School (2.5 KM away)
- Nirmal Bhartia Public School (7.5 KM away)
- Basava International School (300 meter away)
- Delhi International School (300 meter away)

According to me BGS>Nirmal>Basava>RDR>DIS. But difference in fee of all these. According to fee in decresing order

Thanks Sandeep for the updates.
I assume by fee you mean to say that Nirmal Bhartia has the highest fee and BGS has the lowest. Please correct me if I am wrong.
And do u have any idea on the fee structure of the both the schools.

Yes. Nirmal Fee is around 2L PA, BGS fee is around 7K PM including everything

What about if I have to compare between VIS / BGS / Nirmal Bhartia. Considering my requirements, which one will you choose in such scenario?
Actually my wards name is in waiting list for VIS. I have very low hopes she will get any call from there. -

But BGS takes one time 50k also as Sandeep can confirm his ward is in BGS
Go for VIS if you have bright chance but they are quite money minded.

I am comfortable with paying BGS 50k; at least its lower than what Basava international is asking for (approx 70k).
I just want that if i choose BGS over other schools (from selected list) its should be best and fulfill all my requirements. My dream was to get my child into Mount Carmel as it was just 100 meters form where i reside and they are known for academics. But my luck did not favored during the draw
Can you please elaborate further on money minded nature of VIS. Is it that they are more kind of money minting type schools or anything else. -

2-3 lac per seat VIS is asking as many parents posted.
Earlier used to promote after taking donation in tune of 2-3 lacs from VIS junior as it was from KG two years back.
It started from Nursery from last year. Rest details Sandeep can share.

VIS is good in over all but they ask much money. Qty fee of VIS is around 30+K PM. If admission is confirment then its ok. BGS fee cost around 21K qtr including everthing. BGS dont have canteen. Normal Infra but good in academic activity on regular basis no evtra burden on activity. Staff is also good. Works according to rule.

Yes. Sakshi ji is right. 50K one time in form of DD. Other than fee. If you compare these them according to me VIS as my choice. VIS const around 10K PM
