Hi Ruchika,

We made through general draw in SVIS whereas VIS offered us mgmt seat, so SVIS was the default choice for us. Having visited both the schools, I would say, I liked SVIS better infrastructure wise. The nursery classes are well lit ( which I didnt find in VIS), equipped with LCDs, fairly big activity & music rooms. Even the kid's play area is quite good. When we took the school tour it was kid's lunch time, we could find good hygiene level maintained. 

Academically, the board results of both the schools are good/comparable. A lot of people rank them same. VIS is slightly older and hence more popular school than SVIS. As you might be knowing both these schools share same management and hence they should be operating in a similar way. I don't know the fee structure of VIS, but SVIS is an expensive school in comparison to other Dwarka schools.

I concur. SVIS is more parent friendly, better individual attention than VIS. SVIS is AC and GPS transport facility. Indeed parents say fees is more or less same but for transport they pay more.

@Ruchika Dawar. Both school are same but difference  in infrastructures. VIS is non ac & SVIS is AC fees are almost same. Both are good in academic but if you compare the expenses all over the session SVIS is costly due more extra curricular activities as i came to know from my friend whose children study over  there.

Plus VIS is in 4 acres whereas SVIS is in 2 acres.

VIS and SVIS which one has play ground. I dont think so SVIS has any play ground.
