Dear Parent,

We understand you are interested in seeking admission in our school. Though there are no vacancies in any class however we will be conducting Pre admission tests for vacancies that may arise. Please note appearing for the test does not mean that there are vacancies in that particular class. The management’s decision is final for all admissions.

The admission enquiry form will be available only online (www.fascampuscare.org) from 22.01.2018 – 03.02.2018. On successful submission of the form a USER ID and password will be generated. The hard copy (printed form) is to be deposited at the school gate on or before 05.02.18(9:00am – 3:00pm). The shortlisted candidates will be informed through the USER ID & Password on 10.02.2018(04:00pm).

Minimum eligibility for pre- admission test is 70% or equivalent grade.

Documents to be attached with the application form are:-

• Child’s Birth certificate
• Transfer order of parent, if applicable
• Copy of the half yearly report card.
• Proof of residence
• For Catholics / Christians
• Baptism/ Dedication Certificate of child.
• Letter from Parish Priest / Pastor stating that family is active member of the Parish.

Students will be tested in English & Mathematics (for classes I – V) and English, Mathematics & Science (for classes VI – IX). The Test will be held at 10am on the respective days. Candidate and the parent (either one) are to be at the school auditorium at least 30 minutes before the test. Students will be required to carry their own stationery.
