Hi Heena 

Where did you find the upload tab for uploading child photo and birth certificate . I tried to open the form on IE and Google but could not find. Please help..

Hi

This is a common error. Don't fret. You just need to fill the form once again and try uploading again. I also got this error twice before finally uploading my application. :)

People have started getting finalized! I have no hopes of my child's interaction in Somerville anymore.
