for the draw of lots presence of one of the parent was made compulsory in chinmaya vidyalaya which is much against the rules issued by DOE. 

i  was not even informed by the school as it was not even mentioned in the text message sent to me by the school that my presence is compulsory as a result of which i missed the draw.

as it is i have only 70 points and here goes one more chance to get lucky....
