Even I feel relaxed and connected talkinf to you.

I was working before my delivery but left my job during pregnancy.  It was an MNC in gurgaon.  Was thinking of joining back sometime later but as things have unfolded in these three years, it is not possible for me to have a regular 9-5 job.  Thankfully, now there are no points for working mothers.

Hows is your job like?

Me and my husband are trying to talk to each and every person we know for any kind of jack in any of the good schools but nothing has worked out.  I am really stressed thinking if we do not get our name in the list through normal procedure.

Everyone around me is suggesting to fill forms for some 15-20 schools if I want a fair chance.  This is actually so tiresome.  Also with these schools charging good amount for forms and registration, I dont know whats gonna happen.

Hi Poorti, 

We seem to be realy on the same boat. Even my preferences are SFS Jankapuri or some good schools in dwarka.... I have DPS, Mt Carmel, Bal Bharti, Maxfort in mind as of now... I am still in process of shortlisting other schools in dwarka.  Problem is that I am not getting reliable and dependable information about which all are the good schools for girl child.  Also I have no clue ab out the shortlisting criteria for this year.

My first preference was SFS but now I have got to know that half of the points are for catholic and other half for alumni or sibling, so no chance for my first born child there.

Currently I am sending my daughter (Mugdha) to Shemrock vikaspuri, and these people are saying that they will conduct a workshop for parents around mid dec to help us in  process. 

I will let you know about any and every information i find on any school or about admission process.  I totally understand what all you must be going through in your mind regarding all this.  I am very nervous and anxious about it. 

By the way, I am a home-maker.  How bout u??
