Dear Mr. Sumit,My daughter got admission in banyan tree school, Lodhi road. They don't have school transportation for nursery and KG class kids. Due to which we are forced to go for private vans for transportation of my kid.and now just to simply shed of with the responsibility of student out of the school while travelling to and fro to school, they have send indemnity forms for parents to sign. These forms say that only parents are responsible for any thing happened to the child outside school while travelling and not the school. I want to ask you that is this the right thing or we should not sign indemnity form.Please guide. I can also send you picks of the indemnity form which school has send.
