Summer Fields School Staff rude behavior (Transport , Receptionist, ClassTeacher)

I am still not believing that i am writing this blog but after so much googling i realized to share the loads of question and frustration of Summer fields School i may sounding stupid that why am i writing this but what i observed in 4 weeks in summer fields.
Is there anyone who can tell that how to handle...this
