As per HC the original criteria decide on 1jan woud be valid till 22 Jan the on 28 Jan Court will give verdict/hearing

What should parents do now? We have filled out application forms and are planning to hand them over this week... will there be any hitches because of the new criteria removal proposed by Delhi govt?

Women exemption in Odd - Even rule is not discriminatory.....but Girl Child criteria is discriminatory......Lovely logic by Mr Kejriwal

If they are removing First Child, why are they not removing Second Child/ Sibling.....Why is that not discriminatory

Points system is itself discriminatory.....you cannot just have neighbourhood as the criteria for getting admissions.....I think Government is itself confused,, if they are so interested, why don't they suggest what should be the criteria, rather than saying what needs to be excluded

No Girl child critera is gone now, check in the list, gender is one of the 62 criteria which have been scrapped. But we should try to get the alumni criteria removed because that is most discriminatory.
