Hi Sakshiji,

Please advise whether the amount paid to school in cash wherein no receipt was issued by school will also amount to Capitation Fees....i.e Forceful donation.
As while going for admission the school divided the total amount into two parts one wherein they wanted in cash and the other part for which they provided the slip and they charged the same from all the parents.

Regards
Shilpa

Rajesh ,

Here we are talking of forceful donation.if few parents want to give donation themself voluntarily and make thing tough for others , what can be done.

Thing of people who cannot afford it .

most of admissions has already done, ppl have already given huge amounts, whats use of taking actions now ?? its a time waste now.

Will that be of any help in checking schools to take capitation fees, I doubt, even I doubt of intension of Govt. who just provided instruction to schools to write on board that they do not take capitation fees, which they normally write in prospectus. I take it as a frivolous notice/circular without any intention to do something concrete. Instead, the Govt. should have come with a circular insisting on putting a board in front of main gate of School whereby the school has to write the seat vacant in once in a week so that interested person can approach the school immediately upon seeing such notice by the school as was ordered by CCI and vindicated by SCI. I request Mr. Vohra to do something if he wish really about the parents do something in this manner...
