Amity saket opened the registeration form after 12 noon and still its not accepting date of birth. Out of two days if school wastes 1.5 day, how are parents supposed to apply fr admission. And amity's form has to be filled online first and then submitted in hard copy at school

The order of the High Court is applicable only for Private Unaided school. Therefore there will be some school on which the order of the HIgh Court will not be applicable.

if schools can have total control over management seats (25%), then admission of balance seats (50%) after EWS/DG (25%) can be managed/lottery/draw by DOE similiar to EWS/DG. What is the problem in implementing this ? Also court had rapped on Sisodia's knuckle by asking him against posturing & take action if he has proof instead of provoding info in sealed cover to the HC. Also Circular scrapping Management Quota was just a another lip service by AAP as on several occasion in past HC/SC had upheld the MQ. Lets see what Sisodia has to say/do now.

I agree. . I went to Montfort school today and was told that status is same as on 22.01.2016. Abiding by the DoE directive for age, we did not fill the form. and this is the response schools have towards parents and the directorate itself.

Yes its true...i went to Modern School & Tagore International & called so many they are not responding at all with reasons like:
1. No notification received...
2. You should have filled the form earlier...... (Earlier That option was not there as categorically they mentioned in forms, So how can ...)
3. Will see on Monday/Call on Monday
## please request HC to extend the date till 11th at least ###

I agree. All schools have put admission to crap. None of the schools have active links on their respective websites for admissions. Went to indian school yesterday and was told that this order is valid only on students that filled forms before 22 jan. Now you cannot apply. Abiding by the DoE directive for age, we did not fill the form. and this is the response schools have towards parents and the directorate itself. Mr. Vohra, i request u to take this further. Feb 9 is just two days ahead and if schools dont respond we will have no benefit of the new order and our child's admission status will come back to the same level
