I understand that she is ineligible because session in Delhi/NCR commence from April unlike schools in Bangalore/Mumbai where session starts in June-July. So. kids of her age are eligible for admission in Mumbai/Bangalore. Can anyone/moderator please help me with the query. I am in a state of dilemma

Min age for any school in Delhi Ncr is 3 yrs on 31 Mar 2018
So no established school would accept n you can try in new schools but tough

Hi Abhishek,

My take is that your child will not lose a year, she will rather be more suited to join next year. She would be more prepared to take up pressure of studies next year. Meanwhile you can put her in playschool and give her a nice playful atmosphere where she can learn and play. 

My kid is March born and he will be youngest in his class. I wish he was born in April. I really donot want to send him to formal school but the admission criteria is such that we all have to live with it. Good luck and enjoy !
