Is any fresh guidelines issued for nursery fees refund. I have facing the same problem of fees refund ,the mayur public school i.p ext patparganj,creating unnecessary delay and even not listening ?properly. Pls suggest what to do

Can anyone tell me about the guidelines on fee submission. Do schools force us to pay fee on quarterly basis instead of month on month. Please suggest.

Recently (2-3 months back) school won case in HC and they can charge quarterly fees.

I have withdrawal my ward from Summerfields school on 26.05.14 but still I have also not received the refund & they are also creating unnecessary delay & not listening properly
