Hi, 

Mount Carmel school Dwarka is only accepting registered rent agreement as a valid proof. Couple of other schools as well, not even nationalized bank passbook.

Questions:

1.) Can the lease agreement be registered without the landlord presence (settled abroad)? If yes, there is some criteria mentioned by school that it should be 6 months valid? How does that work, coz my agreement is going to expire in march?

2.) Other schools are asking for the agreement to be attested by class 1 gazetted officers, any help on how to get this done is apprecited
