Sakshi ji plz throw some light on this.. Plz also post the final judgement and the expected date for arrival of forms.also how should we keep track of which schools will come out with their forms?

Format of affidavit and where to get it done from for the first child ? 3. Are there points this year for first child ?4. How will we get to know when the schools will start giving out forms will there be a single date for all schools or each school will come up with different dates ? Pls advise thanking in advance
