Dear Sir

We parents from Sector E, Vasant kunj are really disheartened after Tagore International,  Bloom Public School, Vasant Kunj which is just 1 km away from sector E is giving 25 points whereas the areas like R.K. Puram (7 km),  Munirka Vihar (5km), J.N.U (3 km) and Ber Sarai (6.5 km) are being given 40 points just because these falls under their bus route.

I mean there are only these schools close to Sector E Vasant Kunj, Bloom Public School, Ryan International and DPS .....where will our children go. DPS has given 0-15 km 40 points.

Something has to be done otherwise our children will suffer. kindly check and let me know at can be done.

I am staying at Mahipalpur which is near to vasant kunj E block...I will be facing the same issues..

I think Sakshi mam can highlight this ...

Every School is putting its own admission criterion in a very ridiculous fashion. There has to be some governing body overseeing the admission criteria else its only favorable to people living the closest (on the school bus routes) or in posh areas of the city - basically the influencers (money wise).

Existing Bus routes of a school cannot be used as a yard stick if distance is supposed to be the criteria (whether aerial distance or by road).

and otherwise also ritu bus routes can be modified (extended n all) .........................better than making children suffer.

@Poonam /Reetu : Did you get any update from Bloom or Tagore International whose main admission criteria is school bus route.
