Last date for submission of Online registrations for General Category & submission of EWS/DG Forms at school	09th January 2015
Display of list of all registered applicants	By 13th January 2015
Display of short-listed applicants (General / EWS / DG)	By 16th January 2015
Display of First List of provisionally selected applicants	By 27th January 2015
Display of Second List of provisionally selected applicants (if any)	By 10th February 2015
Closure of admission process	31st March 2015

Either send Form (with attached proofs, draft) by post/courrier or submit by hand(No queue).

Do we need to submit affidavit for First Born Child as well there?

Yes once child is selected for admission you will need affidavit
