went today they selected 66 caandidates general category from roughly 1250 forms.they selected 400 candidates for the second list

Bt list is out for 179 students in general cat

They have selected 113 candidates who have scored equal or more than 50 points.

Then for remaninig 66 seats, they have considered only those applications which have 45 points (0-5 km distance and School Transport).

Applications which have 40 points, i.e. those reside beyond 5 kms are not considered in the draw.

The draw process seems quite genuine as parents were involved in the draw process and they have verified each and every application which has scored 45 points and then draw was conducted. My wife was there for the draw but we are not even that lucky to get our name in 400 list of wait list candidates.
