Just saw the list of eligible for draw of modern convent school on its notice board.. Abt 2200 names.. Cud not take pics of 50 pages... Attaching only 1.. 10 names of rejected application also displayed..

When i enter registration no in indraprastha paschim vihar i get regret it does this mean name is nt there on list or any other problem

Announcements for admission to Pravesh Vatika (Nursery) are notified through the school website and an advertisement in a leading daily. Parents are advised to visit the school website for the same.

 

Further information for seats that fall under the General category

* The list of candidates eligible for Draw of lots/lottery will be displayed on 28^th January 2015.
* Draw of lots/lottery will be on 29^th January 2015 at 4:00pm.
* The first list with their total scores will be displayed on the school website on 5^th February 2015.
* The admission fee for successful candidates is to be deposited in the third week of February 2015.
* Verification of documents will be conducted at the time the admission fee is deposited
* The list of candidates eligible for Draw of lots/lottery for the second & third list (waiting) will be displayed on 5^th March     2015.
* Draw of lots/lottery for the same will be on 6^th March 2015.
* The second & third list (waiting) [if any] will be displayed on the school website on 9^th March 2015.

Further information for seats that fall under the staff quota

• If applications are more than available seats for the wards (shall include grand children also), there will be draw of lots.
• If applications are less than the declared seats, the vacant seats will be transferred to open seats. 

Further information for seats that fall under the Disadvantaged Group and Weaker sections category

* The list of candidates eligible for Draw of lots/lottery under free seats will be displayed on 22^nd January 2015.
* No fee is to be deposited for those that fall under freeship.
* Draw of lots/lottery for free seats will be on 27^th January 2015 at 4:00pm.
* Date of Display of First list of successful candidates in Draw on 5^th February 2015.
* Last date of Admission/closure of Admission on 31^st March 2015

Note: If applications are more than number of seats available in each category, Admission shall be done only by draw of lots/lottery. There will be no screening, written test, interview or profiling of child/parents.
