No, below line is the extract of circular from DPS website:



The draw will be conducted for all eligible registered applicants with 45 points irrespective of their physical presence.

Not necessary. A name in your child's name chit or any other absentees will be considered.

Me too got SMS from DPS informing about draw..
Also got SMS from SRWS that the date for formalities has been extended till 24..
